TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. A £4.00 non refundable deposit is required per person per trip. Where Telford Community Transport needs to cancel any trip, all deposits will be refunded. Please make cheques payable to Community Mobility Transport and send to our transport office address at The Liz Yates Centre, Lightmoor Rd, Lightmoor, Telford TF4 3QN as soon as possible and no later than one working week before the date of travel. If you are unable to pay by cheque, please ring us or call in at our office and pay cash.
2. Balance of fares is payable to the driver by cash or cheque on the day. All fares per person are based on a not for profit basis and are set at a level to recover the costs of running the vehicle. Please note that fares are for transport only.
3. Seats/wheelchair spaces are reserved on a first come first served basis, for registered members (and a carer if necessary) only. Please reserve your seat as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know.
4. Only if we are able to fill your place will we be able to refund your deposit.
5. Passengers will be picked up from their registered home address or, in the case of group members, from the main reception area of the registered housing scheme.
6. All timings are approximate but allow ample time at any destination. We will confirm your approximate pick up time.
7. Telford Community Transport reserves the right to cancel any trips due to circumstances beyond their control. Please refer also to Condition 1 above.
